A square when you are on the last leg.
A circle when navigating to a marked point.
A diamond when navigating to an emergency airfield or landing point.
A triangle when navigating to a point in the "DIRECT TO" mode.
See INFORMATION PAGE for more details of this.
The MOVING MAP page which displays the current task, can
be zoomed to show the sector/radius/line at start, turnpoints and
finish is next.
The MAP page is displayed TRACK UP, NORTH UP or
DESIRED TRACK UP.
Pressing the CHANGE VALUE button repeatedly will toggle
through these selections or pressing it once and using the rotary
encoder will change these selections.
In NORTH UP and DESIRED TRACK UP modes airspace
boundaries are shown if an airspace file has been loaded. There

right corner. The map scale is normally set by the pilot, but

on the screen. If the track line disappears you have reached the
zoom limit. Back up one zoom step.
Nearest airfields are also shown on the map, ones you have
enough height to reach are shown as a cross, others are shown as
a dot. No account is taken of intervening terrain !

configured to have a time delay to make sure the Flight Recorder
records a valid fix in the sector or circle. The delay is whatever
